The Board of Directors of the Outaouais S.P.C.A. invites you to the 2018 Annual General Meeting
Dear member,
On Wednesday, May 2nd from 7pm to 9pm, in the basement of the Église de la Paroisse St-Alexandre located at 1, chemin des Érables in the Gatineau sector, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Outaouais S.P.C.A will be held: http://www.pagesjaunes.ca/bus/Quebec/Gatineau/Saint-Alexander-Paroisse/4218783.html ).
Several topics will be on the agenda including the financials of the shelter, the projects for next year and of course questions about our animal friends. The board also needs to know your views and take advantage of your suggestions and comments.
This year, there will be 5 positions to fill on the Board of Directors. In accordance with article 3.9.1 of our general by-laws, a candidate must apply for a director position no later than April 21, 2018 (10 days before the date of the meeting) and be a member of the Outaouais S.P.C.A. since April 4, 2018. You must notify us of your intention to apply for a position of administrator by April 21 by email at the following address: . In the event of an election to elect directors, candidates will be required to deliver a presentation to the membership meeting.
The Outaouais SPCA is counting on your presence to continue its mission for the entire Outaouais region. To be eligible to vote, you must have become a member of the Outaouais S.P.C.A. before the 4th of April 2018. You can become a member with a $ 20 donation, this is renewable annually with any donation of $ 20 or more to the Outaouais S.P.C.A..
