The boutique and licenses services continue to operate on a self-service basis during our business hours.
Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed between 12 and 1 p.m.)

As of 2020, the medallion you initially receive for your pet is permanent. License fees remain renewable annually, and we strongly recommend that you complete your transaction online our our licence purchase page.
If you have not received communication from us between December and March of each year, it is possible that your file information is no longer current. Please contact us or update your file through the online form.
All our adoptions are done by appointment only. You can find our animals available for adoption on our website in the section titled Adoption (cats, dogs or small animals). Come back often and stay alert as our animals find their forever home quickly!
If you see an animal that you would like to adopt, fill out an adoption interest form and we will contact you to setup an appointment.
Like you, we want to make surrendering pets to the shelter the last resort. If you are unable to keep your pet at home, consider these steps first:
If none of these avenues are possible, fill out the form and we will contact you to coordinate your pet's entry into the shelter. Please note that depending on the shelter's capacity at any given time, it may take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks before we can accept your pet. Please be sure to give us as much information as possible when filling out the form so that we can properly assess your needs and situation.
