Maintaining your client file information up to date is not only essential to the license renewal process and the collection of accurate statistics on the animal population in our region, but it is, according to article 10 of the municipal by-law 183-2005, your responsibility as a pet guardian.
The SPCA de l’Outaouais is a non-profit organization that saves thousands of animal lives annually without receiving any government subsidy to finance its operations. Its mission is to ensure the welfare of animals and generate awareness in the community.
The sale of licenses is our main source of revenue, and, without it, we would not be able to carry out our mission.

If you have a new animal and wish to add it to your file, please purchase the municipal license by following this link, and your file will be updated following the processing of your new license.
